Facilities
The resort´s spacious main building includes the reception, lobby, bar and a buffet restaurant. Guests enjoy dinner at one of four specialty restaurants, reservations required, which serve Caribbean cuisine, Mexican food, fine Gourmet menu and our very popular steakhouse. During the day, El Conuco offers lighter meals right on the beach. The hotel´s guestrooms are situated in a four-story building that surrounds an inner courtyard complete with lush tropical foliage. Junior suites are situated in two-story bungalows throughout the property. Guests can take advantage of the state-of-the-art facilities, which include a casino, fitness center, spa and even a beauty salon. The spacious pool area offers a sunbathing area as well as separate children´s pool. All lounge chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are complimentary. The resort´s shopping complex includes a nightclub, casino, internet cafe, sports bar, pharmacy and bank.

The hotel offers 346 elegant, spacious guest rooms and junior suites. All rooms have a large double bed or two twin beds, private bath and shower, air conditioning, ceiling fan, hairdryer, telephone, Sat TV and mini-bar (soft drinks and beer included. Each room also has either a balcony or terrace

All Inclusive
Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in the buffet-style restaurant, which features an open kitchen, chefs-on-display centerpiece. For dinner there are five specialty restaurants (Tropical, Mexican, Oriental, Gourmet and Steak House), where reservations are required and a table is guaranteed twice during the week. Snacks, drinks and the 24-hour bar service are complimentary.

Entertainment & Star Friends
There is no shortage of entertainment options here, day or night! Guests can participate in Merengue lessons and receive complimentary entry to the nightclub, with drinks included. The resort also offers Lucy´s Mini-Club where children ages 3-12 can enjoy a variety of fun, supervised activities

Sports included
The resort offers guests the opportunity to participate in activities including aerobics, archery, table tennis and water polo. There is also a fitness center and one hour of tennis court usage per person per day (night tennis is available for an additional charge). Windsurfing and sailing are offered subject to availability.

Diving
At this resort, guests can enjoy the CDC PADI Gold Palm Resort Dive Center, which offers various diving courses from beginner to instructor levels. There are also nitrox courses, local dives and night dives for those who are certified. Equipment rental, snorkel tours and courses are also available.
